FORG. MAES. SNC was born in the early 70’s, when Mr. Maessani Antonio, after a good experience in well known hot forging companies (as senior metal forger) decides, with one of his best friends, to start up his own company. At the beginning there were only a few shearing machines in a small site into the developing “Calvenzana” industrial area.

Since then every year new machineries has been put in production, furnaces, sand blasting machines, shearing machines, balance machines and then presses; in the years also the site has been extended.

At the end of 1984, as a result of a company modification, the FORG. MAES. SNC is born.

In 1994, after the unexpected passing of the Mr. Maessani, the head of the company is taken by his two young sons Carlo and Dolores, that, thanks to the paternal experience and to the support of their employees, customers and suppliers, succeed in a short time in giving a personal print of quality to the business production.

In these years, obsolete machineries have been replaced with newer to improve both efficiency and safety. In 2002, it is added a new press (up to 1000 tons capacity), complete with a manipulator that improves work conditions and productive ability.
